**Date Posted:** 2026-02-18 **Country:** Philippines **Location:** PH-BTG-TANAUAN CITY-BQ4 ~ First Philippine Industrial Park ~ BLDG Q4 **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Job Description:** + Provide support to Sales Team + Provide appropriate information to customers + Documents customer needs. + Ensure requirements are met. + Effective handling of complaints. + Account management – handling of quotes, order entry & maintenance. + Expedite customer requests – resolves issues. + Handles spares, warranty issues and customer returns. + Assist credit controllers for overdue invoices. + Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others. **Qualifications** + Bachelors degree or 6 years of relevant work experience performing Customer Service in an aerospace/automotive/electronics/manufacturing. + Has experience in Microsoft Applications + Working knowledge with VBA is an advantage but not required + Working knowledge with SAP is an advantage. + ESL Certificate is an advantage but not required. + Effective in written & oral communication.
