**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers and assigned accounts.
+ Researches and responds to customer inquiries expeditiously and with accuracy.
+ Serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.
+ Owns the end-to-end quotes and order process for specified suppliers and customers.
+ Problem Resolution: Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems.
+ Ensures execution and manages the demand creation activity, applicable contracts, value added programs, returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc.
+ Attend and participate in customer and supplier calls about metrics, understand products and programs, and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ 3+ years of experience in similar roles providing Customer Support or Sales Support.
+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Lookup & Reference, Logical functions).
+ Advanced English skills (Conversational and written)
+ ERP/CRM experience (systems such as Oracle or Salesforce).
**The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)**
+ Knowledge of BOM process.
+ Oracle is a plus.
+ Power BI Knowledge.
**Work Arrangement:**
Hybrid: 3 days in office/ 2 working from home.

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$23,983.33 - $26,750.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
