**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented Customer Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Sales for our Service Operations Department in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

+ Negotiate and Manage Accounts Effectively: From closing deals to managing receivables and resolving payment issues, you'll ensure financial health and compliance.
+ Strengthen Customer Retention: Through responsive service and ongoing engagement, you'll drive repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
+ Leverage Tools and Processes: You'll consistently apply the Cummins Sales Process and CRM tools to track progress, report activity, and optimize performance.
+ Balance Operational Demands: Collaborating with internal teams, you'll align inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations to ensure smooth execution.

+ Focused Account Planning: Precision in setting strategic goals, tracking progress, and aligning account plans with business targets to drive consistent growth and performance.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Education/ Experience:
+ College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales or a related subject, or acceptable sales related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
+ Demonstrated experience in preparing quotes and driving sales of new engine products, ideally in a customer-facing role.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
