We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) **What you will do:** + Understand and follow oral and written instructions. + Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. + Establish & maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. + Dependability —requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. + Attention to Detail —requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. + Cooperation — Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. + Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical. + Self-Control — Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations. + Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction. + Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or adding extensions. + Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales. + Keep current knowledge of Trane Supply Products, offerings, and promotions to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales. + Interact with customers both on the phone and in person. + Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment. + Use multiple computer applications and programs to research parts for customers + Responsible for staging, shipping and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies. + Stocks the supply house with an appropriate amount of merchandise. + Deliver parts to customer locations or job sites. + Practices safe material handling techniques, regularly using pallet jacks, forklifts, dollies, material carts, and rolling ladders. + Filing of M/S’s, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips, etc. for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes. + Receives, inspects, and stocks products. + Keep warehouse area and parking lot area clean and orderly/neat. + Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. **What you will bring:** · Valid ‘G’ Driver's License · Must be able to qualify for the Company’s fleet insurance and maintain a satisfactory driving record with good driving record with no to very minimal traffic violations. · Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. · Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries. · Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions. · Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers. · Load and unload Supply deliveries. · Follow safety procedures for vehicle operation. · Read maps to determine routes. · Must be able to receive information or instructions for performing work assignments. · Safely drive and skillfully operate the Supply delivery truck to destinations. · Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor. **Key Competencies:** The position requires good eyesight, hearing and physical condition. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to routinely perform a number of heavy physical tasks. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and effectively communicate with others. The employee frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. The employee must be able to regularly push and pull loaded pallet jacks and material carts with 1,000+ pounds.
