Your opportunity

Join our Customer Contact Centre team and play a vital role in supporting sales-related staff across Residential Care, Retirement Living, and Anglicare at Home. You’ll generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for potential new residents and clients, and provide timely, accurate support for HR and Payroll enquiries.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to all contact channels (phone, email, web)

Manage enquiries from potential new residents and clients, connecting them with the right Anglicare staff

Convert enquiries into qualified leads, supporting the growth of Anglicare’s client base

Maintain a thorough understanding of Anglicare’s services to provide accurate information

Accurately record client information in key systems (Particle CRM, Genesys, SharePoint, Outlook)

Support sales efforts through outgoing canvassing calls and lead generation

What you’ll bring

You’re a people-focused communicator with a passion for service and a knack for building rapport. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and balance empathy with professionalism.

Experience in a customer service centre or call centre environment

Proficiency in MS Office suite and database systems

Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work quickly, maintain productivity, and meet deadlines
