We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Research Associate to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role supports the execution of research projects for luxury brands, covering both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering actionable insights.

What you will be doing:
You will assist Senior Research Manager and Senior Research Executives in managing research projects for luxury brands and contribute to both qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple markets.
Research Material Design: Help create questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to project objectives.Fieldwork Supervision: Monitor and control data collection progress to ensure quality and timelines are met.Data Analysis: Perform initial data checks, coding, and analysis to extract meaningful insights.Reporting: Design report decks, draft conclusions, and formulate actionable recommendations for clients.
