Customer Research & Analytics Analyst I

The Marketing Specialist is expected to rapidly develop a strong understanding of the legal industry, Law360’s core market segments, and the full suite of Law360 products and services. Working under the guidance of Senior Marketing Analysts on the Market Research team, this individual plays a key role in campaign execution by conducting research and verification of client data to ensure accuracy and relevance. This position supports sales enablement by fulfilling requests that assist retention representatives in their renewal outreach and upsell efforts. In addition to these responsibilities, the specialist develops and manages retention-focused campaigns across email, newsletters, and content marketing channels. The role also involves enhancing the customer experience, driving product usage, and creating marketing collateral and content pieces that build long-term value and engagement while leveraging internal and external sources as well as innovative AI tools.

Accountabilities:

Conduct research and verification of client data to ensure accuracy and relevance for campaign execution.

Support sales enablement by fulfilling requests that assist retention representatives with outreach and upsell efforts.

Maintain timely and accurate updates to client databases and internal systems.

Validate and update organization, contact, and account information across custom in-house platforms.

Ensure clients receive the correct newsletters they are subscribed to, enhancing customer experience and perceived value.

Understand and apply knowledge of the unique features and benefits of Law360 products and services.

Assist in the development and targeting of newsletters and content marketing campaigns.

Contribute to creative marketing initiatives that support retention strategies.

Develop and manage retention-focused campaigns across email, newsletters, and content marketing channels.

Create marketing collateral and content pieces that build long-term customer engagement and drive product usage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

Minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing Data Research or Data Management.

(Recommended not required) Demonstrates foundational knowledge of retention marketing principles, campaign strategy, and customer lifecycle engagement.

Conducts in-depth quantitative analysis of consumer databases and external data sources to uncover actionable insights into customer behavior, usage patterns, and content preferences.

Ensures the integrity and completeness of marketing data through rigorous research and analysis, enabling accurate performance tracking and optimization.

Must be in current role for at least 1 year

Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months

Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
