Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.  Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.  We’re searching for a Customer Relationship Representative, Remote Sales based in the US or Canada to join our Sales team, so that we can support and grow relationships with existing customers throughout the sales process. The Customer Relationship Representative, Remote Sales will manage a set quota and foster customer relationships to facilitate business growth and contribute to RLDatix’s mission of delivering safer healthcare for all.    How You’ll Spend Your Time   Identify upsell opportunities to facilitate business growth within existing accounts  Build strong relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners to educate and inform them about RLDatix’s services  Understand client needs in order to strategically align them with our RLD360 platform  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met  Document and update customer accounts and activities within Salesforce to ensure data integrity    What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having  Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a Sales team; direct sales experience preferred  Proven success or exposure to the SaaS sales methodology; experience with Miller Heiman is a plus  In-depth knowledge of Microsoft software products  Ability to commute to a local office (Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) if located near one  A resourceful, self-starter with a passion for continuous learning  A knack for working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment    By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
