The Owners Relation Agent I responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•\tScan documents into internal database as needed
•\tCreate and Monitor Salesforce accounts /Cases
•\tPrepare/mail Change of Address and ACH forms.
•\tProcess new/revised owner account data
•\tAnswer incoming calls on Owner Relations hotline
•\tCreate and maintain strong relationships with interest partners and industry peers
•\t Research owner inquiries related to discrepancies in payments, interests, and settlements
•\tConfirm Decimal interests by Calculating various interest types – working interest, net revenue interest, NPRI, overriding Interests, Take in Kind (TIK)
•\tAnalyze data to confirm leasehold HBP status, including but not limited to GIS Maps, Enertia and Glancer
•\tReview lease Documents to confirm Lease Term, Royalty Percentage, Gas Price, Deductions, Market Enhancement etc.
•\tProvide assistance to legal department to resolve claims and civil matters
•\tOther Land Department responsibilities as assigned.
This person will be assisting Landowners across many areas of the business and will be working with different departments to help with issues/document control/and questions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Oil and Gas Background would be great
0-2 years in Administrative background with Customer Service experience.
No Degree but Diploma needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.05 - $20.33/hr.
