HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT  

We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you must be fluent in French and you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerActively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our SAP/Global Complaint systemCollaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issuesIdentify and report common customer concerns to help improve our products and servicesParticipate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and product knowledgeContribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Fluent in French and EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong active listening and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniquesProficiency in Customer Service software (e.g., Zendesk, SAP, etc.)Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite1-3 years of Customer Service experienceAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyFlexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, as neededBachelor's degree in Related field
