Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your tasks + Maintains the connection with the customer and inform internal departments about customer satisfaction; + Manages the 8D problem solving process, upload it in the ZF internal portal and keep the customer informed about analysis progress; + Shares claim details and tracking information with internal departments via email; + Coordinates the activities of Containment – isolation of potentially affected products; + Monitors the trend of Customer PPM, NCT and the root causes identified, depending on the specifics of each customer; + Participates in customer meetings and presenting close-off reports; + Manages other customer portal activities: PPAP, field; + Performs change management activities; + Leads external customer audits. Your Profile + University Degree; + Experience on a similar position; + Proficiency in English, German would be an advantage; + IATF and Quality Core Tools knowledge would be an advantage; + Good communication and teamwork skills; + Analytical and logical thinking.
