Job DescriptionSupports with technical data analysisAnalyses customer warranty trend dataMonitors warranty costsSupports the definition and implementation of corrective actions for production, logistics and other quality issues related to the customers in the area of responsibilityRepresents Quality Management in the cross-functional plant new product launch teamGives quality and customer focused support for the planning of customer launchesSupports the project team concerning manufacturing quality (e.g. Process Targets, Q Concept / Planning, Warranty Concept, Risk analysis) Coordinates the customer contact for sampling process for new product launches and product/process changes/modificationsCoordinates compiling the customer specific sampling documentation

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering Advanced EnglishExperience: Customers Negotiation Process Mapping ISO IEC 17025Core ToolsProblem SolvingKnowledge: Vda 6.5Customer portals (ford, VW desirable)
