About this opportunity:

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join Ericsson as a Customer Project Manager (CPM). This role sits at the intersection of value creation, data-driven execution, and customer success.

You will become part of our expanding Digital Delivery Team, a dynamic group of over 20 professionals dedicated to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. We pride ourselves on timely project execution, exceptional client satisfaction, and a commitment to continuous improvement—all within an agile and collaborative environment that values innovation, transparency, and ownership.

 

What you will do:

Lead complex, large-scale digital transformation projects including introduction to 5G network projects as well as redundancy optimization and consolidation for 3G and 4G networks, or integration and digital upgrades  and other emerging technologies.Manage the entire project lifecycle: from pre-sales and financial planning to execution and successful delivery.Develop and gain approval for comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, timelines, and KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction at every stage of the project.Oversee project financial performance and ensure delivery excellence within scope, budget, and timeline.Adhere to all relevant corporate, legal, and environmental guidelines—with a focus on zero impact on people and the planet.Lead and coordinate a team of 10–20 members, fostering accountability, motivation, and cohesion.

 

Skills

The skills you bring:

6–10 years of professional experience in digital project management, ideally in the telecommunications industry.Strong understanding of digital technologies and telco network architecture.Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong Leadership and team management skillsA proactive mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.Fluent in English and Ukrainian.Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum) are highly valued.Familiarity with AI technologies is a strong plus.
