The Customer Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex project tasks, ensuring all deliverables meet customer expectations and are completed within the agreed-upon timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Your role:
Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance, resolving advanced issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners, providing influence over projects and peer groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization.Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and all project milestones are achieved. Analyzes project performance data and metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Participates in the technical integration and implementation of complex products, systems, and solutions at customer sites, ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to all technical and regulatory requirements. Supports presales activities by providing detailed technical expertise and project planning insights, ensuring that proposed solutions are both feasible and aligned with customer needs and business objectives.Coordinates effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals, expectations, and progress, and that any issues are promptly addressed. Conducts thorough post-project evaluations, gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure that future projects benefit from lessons learned.You are the right fit if:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent, Minimum of 5 yrs Project Management work experience in Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare, Hospital Imaging industry required.PMP certified or working towards certification, Strong knowledge of the following, Hardware solutions, Virtual computing environments, Networking solutions. Basic knowledge of the following, DICOM, HL7, and Clinical workflowsExperience in customer service delivery with a focus on project management, Superb customer service skills, including high-level professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical capacity with excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to complete tasks on-time independently with minimal guidanceYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $83,363 to $133,380
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $87,750 to $140,400
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $92,138 to $147,420
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $98,280 to $157,248
At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
