About this opportunity:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Customer Project Manager to spearhead large-scale network infrastructure deployments, ensuring exceptional delivery for Ericsson's global customers. This position calls for strategic vision, outstanding leadership, and deep technical expertise in telecommunications.

 

What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex deployment projects, managing multi-country stakeholders.Design and implement comprehensive project plans, detailed budgets, and robust risk mitigation strategies.Supervise cross-functional technical teams, ASPs, and manage effective customer engagement.Drive successful project outcomes, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.Ensure strict adherence to Ericsson’s Detailed Application Guides (DAGs) for CPMs.Mentor and support the professional development of junior project managers.

 

The skills you bring:

5+ years of proven experience in project management, with a strong telecommunications background.Demonstrated expertise in 4G/5G RAN, Microwave, Optical Transmission, and civil works.PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency with enterprise-level project management tools (MS Project, Sittracker, Global Chronos, Premium Proposal).Advanced knowledge of Intelligent Deployment methodologies and tools.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
