Customer Project Coordinator - Product Management

+ Processing of inquiries and incoming orders
+ Carrying out price checks and price determinations
+ Assisting in the preparation of the forecast
+ Provide telephone and written support for existing and new customers
+ Prepare quotations, calculations, and order confirmations
+ Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
+ Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and production teams
+ Support sales projects and marketing campaigns
+ Handle complaints and customer inquiries
+ Generate statistics and reports for sales management
+ High School Diploma or equivalent – minimum requirement.
+ Vocational or Commercial Training – e.g., business administration, office management, or industrial clerk.
+ Bachelor’s Degree (optional but beneficial) – fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics can provide an advantage.
Continuous Learning – sales training, CRM software courses, negotiation workshops, and product-specific certifications
