Customer Project Coordinator - Product Management

High School Diploma or equivalent – minimum requirement.

Vocational or Commercial Training – e.g., business administration, office management, or industrial clerk.

Bachelor’s Degree (optional but beneficial) – fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics can provide an advantage.

Continuous Learning – sales training, CRM software courses, negotiation workshops, and product-specific certifications 

Processing of inquiries and incoming orders

Carrying out price checks and price determinations

Assisting in the preparation of the forecast

Provide telephone and written support for existing and new customersPrepare quotations, calculations, and order confirmationsMaintain and update customer data in the CRM systemCoordinate with field sales, logistics, and production teamsSupport sales projects and marketing campaigns Handle complaints and customer inquiriesGenerate statistics and reports for sales management
