The Role

Job Description: As a Customer Partner, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing business opportunities within the Banking & Financial Services sector. Your role will involve:

Engaging with key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and align Kyndryl’s offerings with their business objectives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance client capabilities and drive digital transformation.Leading customer engagements, from initial contact through to solution delivery and post-implementation support.Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to position Kyndryl as a thought leader and trusted advisor.Contributing to the development of strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and Kyndryl’s business goals.


Who You Are

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in client relationship management or business development roles within the Banking & Financial Services industry.A track record of meeting or exceeding business targets and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the sector.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.A collaborative mindset, with proven experience in leading diverse teams to achieve common goals.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
