Customer Outreach Specialist
Job Description
Our client is looking to bring on candidates to join their Customer Outreach team in the Miami/Dade area. This individual will be supporting the FPL Storm Secure Underground Program, connecting with service customers, explaining the Storm Secure Underground Program (SSUP), and obtaining the necessary documents and signatures for utility easements to close out these FPL projects.
Responsibilities
Going door to door to explain the SSUP program and collect the required signatures and documentationWorking under a variety of outside conditions (Hot, Humid, Random Storms) This is a driving role that requires the use of a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided.Responsible for contacting each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customer.Discussing the SSUP project details to service customersGaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with the project as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgement forms.Customer outreach will also include on-going communication with the property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.Organize and submit document electronically to the support teamRequires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the phone and email with customers, staff, and vendors.Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans.Coordinate special projects as assigned.Requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish) Valid Driver LicenseSales ExperienceCommunicationMust be able to pass Drug Test, BG Test, and Motor Vehicle RecordWork Environment
This individual will primarily be out in the field in the Miami area using their own vehicle.Work schedule will be Monday - Friday 11am-7pm and some Saturdays as needed. No OTMay have to accommodate other times for some customersJeans and Steel-Toe Boots are required in the fieldPPE (Shirt, Vest, etc) provided by the clientCompany equipment and phone will be issued. May have to use personal phone in the interim.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
