Job Description

At Bosch, we shape the future with high-quality technologies and services that inspire enthusiasm and improve lives. Our team in Braga drives innovation in production planning, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of products to our customers worldwide.

Your contribution to something big:

Negotiate and coordinate production planning with internal and external stakeholders.
 Develop and implement the production plan, ensuring alignment with annual sales forecasts.
 Manage production leveling and monitor key performance indicators.
 Oversee shipments to customers and manage bottlenecks to meet delivery targets.
 Actively participate in industrialization and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or similar.

Experience:

Hands-on experience with production processes, quality tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Know-how & Skills:

Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools.Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with resilience under pressure.

Languages:

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.German is a plus.

Personality & Working Style:

Critical and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Willingness to travel as required.
