**Customer Order Specialist Intern with Spanish** In this role, you have the opportunity to be the customer’s trusted advisor and make a positive impact on people’s lives. **Your role:** + Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked in the SAP + Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers) + Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team + Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team + Collaboration with Supply Chain functions such as Finance, Planning, Shipping also Sales and others **You're the right fit if:** + You are a student enrolled in a university + Fluency in English and in Spanish + Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results + Ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
