Customer Order Specialist **Your role:** + Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is booked in the SAP + Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers) + Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team + Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team + Collaboration with Supply Chain functions such as Finance, Planning, Shipping, Sales and others **You're the right fit if:** (4 x bullets max) + Previous experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Master Data, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service, Finance or Order Management + Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results + Ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail + Fluency in English language + Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP systems (would be an advantage) + Knowledge of logistics / supply chain **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
