Customer Order Specialist:
As a Customer Order Specialist you'll be responsible to provide operational support by ensuring that all customer purchases from booking to Confirmed delivery date appropriately follow Order Intake policies.
Your role:
Review order for completeness and accuracy, verifying product codes, quantities, pricing in order to align with Order Intake Policies and internal controls.
Monitor the status of orders, from entry to a Confirmed Delivery Cade that is provided and communicate order progress to relevant stakeholders.
Accurately input customer purchase orders into our processing system, ensuring all details are correctly performed for new booking request and/or change order request for OIT purpose.
You are the right fit if:
Have a Bachelor’s degree or currently undergoing studies of Logistics, Supply Chain or similar academic background.
+2 years of experience in order intake, order processing, booking or an equivalent mix of academic background and experience.
You are knowledgeable in programs such as SAP, Power Bi and/or Salesforce.
Posses an advanced English

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
