Job Description

What can you look forward to as Customer Order Processor (m/f/d):

 

Receive and process customer orders in the internal system (ERP or OMS). Verify accuracy of order details – prices, quantities, delivery addresses, and deadlines. Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order handling. Resolve discrepancies – missing information, product availability issues, or order changes. Track order status and provide customers with delivery updates. Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory. Support customer service with inquiries regarding order status. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

 

Your profile as Customer Order Processor (m/f/d):

 

Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data. Knowlage of English language. Organizational skills – ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills – collaboration with teams and customers. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
