Position: Customer Order Management Representative
Pay Rate: $24/hr + benefits
Schedule:
Current: Monday & Tuesday in-office, Wednesday to Friday remote (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, flexible hours)
Starting January: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Top 3 Required Skills:
Bilingual – Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Proficient in Excel
Experience in order management
Job Overview:
The candidate will provide customer service and support within a customer order management environment. Responsibilities include:
Managing customer accounts and communication
Checking the status of orders
Understanding supply chain expectations
Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
