Responsibilities include: + Managing customer accounts and communication + Checking the status of orders + Understanding supply chain expectations + Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams Qualifications: + Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field + Strong communication and organizational skills + Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Apply Now!
