Customer Order Administrator with French

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Ensure the timely and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system.
+ Check trade compliance issues for each order.
+ Generate order acknowledgements.
+ Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered in time.
+ Keep a close contact with internal – external customers/Sales Office to advise of any delays and problems.
+ Keeps the European Sales Offices updated at all times of the status of all orders and provides accurate and timely answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders.
+ Conduct data management activities.
+ Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM, Oracle, OCM, etc).
+ Follow up on orders to make sure they are produced and shipped on time.
+ Lead the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ University degree with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
+ Previous customer service experience with a confirmed focus on quality service
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
+ Comfortable and confident using digital tools and platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, email, and related systems
+ Good social skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Demonstrable experience working in sophisticated processes involving multiple team members or departments;
+ Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
