An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and delivery driven individual to join the Customer Operations APAC Regional team. The Customer Officer is responsible for the execution of service delivery tasks in-region, reporting to a Customer Operations Manager. The Customer Operations Officer will support the Customer Operations Manager in a range of service delivery tasks for the product fleet in region to establish customer operations through EIS readiness and maintain fleet health through delivery of Rolls-Royce services.
The ideal candidate will take direction from a Customer Operations Manager but will be able to prioritise a range of important activities accounting for safety, contract commitment, availability assurance and finally, segmentation principles.
The Customer Operations Officer will know our Customer Operations processes and be expected to support (and in some cases lead) improvement activities.

Key Accountabilities:
Deliver critical customer delivery plans in accordance with Service Line & Engine Team policies. Prioritise outcomes that are proactive (e.g. co-ordinating stagger plans in conjunction with the EMC), whilst managing reactive concerns. Work directly with customers as required to achieve thisSupport the planning cycle with validation of key service parameters and a 'fit for customer' planning output, ensuring it is fully communicated to the customer baseDeliver the activities associated with the EIS process for new OE and transitioned fleets to provide seamless operational readiness for customersSupport Customer Account business meetings as necessary with appropriate and standardised operational contentSupport Service Delivery during operational events (AOGs, potential AOGs - including coordination of inspections potentially leading to AOGs)Definition, prioritisation and sentencing/allocation of Services-related Customer complaints, SDFs and Customer Satisfaction metricsPioneer the performance of the future.
