Working Hours/Shift patterns - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
Hybrid - at least 2 days per week working in the office.

Joining us as a Customer Operations Advisor in our Specialist Business Centre in Poole you’ll quickly realise no two days are the same. Today you could be analysing orders and preventing potential fraud and tomorrow you could be supporting colleagues who have hardware issues or purchasing stock.
As this is such a varied role, you’ll really be able to get stuck in and make it your own.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• Reviewing customer feedback and identifying any recurring issues working with the Quality Control Manager to reduce them
• Performing daily compliance checks on all direct orders to minimise financial risk to the business
• Work with Sales teams to support improvement with internal sales processes
• Creating part codes whilst ensuring all product specs are up to date
• Tracking and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet operational needs and placing purchase orders in line with forecasts.
• Liaise with external suppliers to order stock
• Takes ownership of multiple reports across varied datasets producing results to deliver actionable insight
• Create and maintain a full set of working procedure documents for all core activities carried out within the role. Maintain version control for these documents.
• Support the setup and enrolment for business products, ensuring accurate adherence to established processes and any necessary troubleshooting
• Provide first line IT support to the contact centre and liaise with internal IT to escalate larger issues
You will need:
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience working in administration or customer service
• To be IT literate with ability us use Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience working in a B2B environment would be an advantage
