About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially-minded leader to drive customer-facing offers and commercial partnerships across the ANZ region. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-impact initiatives including gift cards, B2B fuelcard products, and promotional partnerships — all with a focus on shaping customer experience and delivering tangible business outcomes.

This 12-month parental leave cover offers you the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and lead the planning and execution of a key annual conference attended by high-value partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as product owner for gift card solutions across ANZ, managing both physical and digital offerings

Develop and execute strategic customer offers and B2B programs

Manage key commercial partnerships and vendor relationships, including contract oversight and performance metrics

Lead internal and external events including a flagship partner conference (with agency support)

Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, sales, finance, and operations to bring offers to life

Support budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, and communications across initiatives

Contribute to broader strategic planning and customer innovation efforts

About You

You’re a results-driven marketing or partnerships professional with a strong commercial lens. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and are known for your ability to bring ideas to life — from strategy through to execution.

You’ll bring:

4+ years’ experience in marketing, partnerships, or customer offer development

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with proven budget management experience

Experience leading complex projects and events with multiple stakeholders

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to influence without direct authority

A flexible, agile mindset with a love for problem-solving and strategic thinking

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, marketing, engineering or similar
