**Job Description:**
**We are looking for a part-time Customer Master Data Administrator for a 6-month assignment.**

As the team continues to double-down on fact-based management –illuminating greater transparency and analytical capabilities across the performance indicators that will drive growth for our business – we must ensure that our energy, resources, capabilities, and talented employees are best-aligned to the advancing needs of our business and our customers.
The Data Operations team delivers trusted data to enable the launch & supply of products to our customers. Our key accountabilities include governance and maintenance of the Data Operations Framework; delivering a regulated and compliant data environment; using intelligent automation, workflow, process improvements, cross-segment expertise, and third-party suppliers to improve quality, timeliness, cost, and effort across Supply Chain; applying deep end-to-end knowledge and subject matter expertise to define, shape and implement supply chain strategies; and cultivating talent as a distinctive capability. This position will execute day-to-day operations to support the function across franchises/business units. Will be part of rather small team.
As a **Customer Master Data Administrator, your key responsibilities** will be:
+ To receive, control, progress and resolve customer, vendor master master datachange requests in ERP system (JDE/SAP)
+ To understand how the systems function in relation to master data and theirreliance upon it
+ To have a detailed knowledge of the master data fields, properties, andrelationships
+ To analyze master data change requests and determine, following procedures,
**How to:**
+ Obtain approval for data changes
+ Implement the data changes in the systems
+ Review the data changes
+ To work closely with other systems owners to determine impacts and coordinate timing for implementing changes with impacts outside of MD
+ To support development and delivery of reporting
+ Facilitate continuous improvement of existing data design, process and templatesby tactically focusing on business outcomes.
+ Implement and monitor tools and processes that improve execution.
+ Participating in operational and governance meetings which may include end-to-end, value capture, and third-party reviews
+ Accountabilities:
+ Accuracy of customer master data as approved by appropriate data owners
+ Ensure that processes for maintaining data are followed and that appropriate approvals have been received
+ Timeliness of completion of requests
+ Proactively suggest improvements to be made to processes both internal and with business partners
+ Teamwork
**Required Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of relevant professional business experience is proffered
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
• Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or multi-functional business environment.
• A relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector/industry experience preferred
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Familiarity with updating records
• Co-ordination of multiple simultaneous tasks at varying stages of completion
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills
• Customer orientation
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural and remote team
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines, in a matrix environment
where priorities change rapidly.

• Internal: Data Operations team, Functional area business partners, GS team members, Local Affiliate team, project partners.
• External: System owners
