The Travel Retail Channel is one of the most dynamic and resilient retail environments where the super premium + offering shines and is king, and is composed by various channels such as Airport, Airlines, Cruise lines, Border stores, and Military where the brand building occasions are diverse and specific.
The GTR Customer Marketing Team is composed of passionate leaders who collaborate everyday to enrich the traveler’s journey with an elevated brand & shopping experience.
**Meaningful Work From Day One**
Support the Travel Retail Customers across the Americas region, covering various channels reporting to the GTR Americas Customer Marketing Manager, by executing promotions that leverage key channel strategies and increase travelers demand, strengthen customer relationships and grow our brands within the region. Be responsible for coordinating the promotional and merchandising initiatives for Brown-Forman across the different TR channels.
The Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring promotions meet brands’ goals and regional objectives, are on time, stay within budget and are aligned with local markets when applicable.
**What You Can Expect**
**Implement the Marketing and Promotional Planning in Airports, Cruise lines and Airlines**
+ Timely develop and manage the promotional calendars and merchandising activities
+ Coordinate point of sale materials and ensure timely delivery and within brand spend budget
+ Manage permanent visibilities with planograms projects, order merchandising POS for customers
+ Manage and track the marketing budgets
+ Complete evaluations for all promotions and merchandising activity including sales uplift analysis and cost review using the internal M&E tracker tool (Measurement & Evaluation)
+ Plan, activate and review promotional events ensuring they are in line with legal standards
**Collaborate & partner with Customers, internal & external partners**
+ Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the global GTR team. Work with B-F Design, B-F Legal, relevant internal B-F teams, agencies and suppliers to ensure optimal execution.
+ Build and maintain relationships with domestic teams to keep up to date on local brand strategies and activity
+ Participate in customer meetings
+ Assist in sales and marketing Ad-Hoc projects as defined by the GTR Global Marketing team and the Americas GTR Commercial leads. Including trade shows and customer events.
+ Initiate and develop second communication channel with customers’ marketing teams
**Inform the Customer's digital ecosystem planning**
+ Lead the planning related to the Customer’s Digital Ecosystem.
+ Manage the digital shelf: ensure our brands have a consistent and strong presence on our customers eCom channels.
+ Liaise regularly with the GTR Marketing team to ensure the regional Customer Digital action plan is rooted and fully integrated into the broader B-F GTR integrated communication strategies & plans
+ Properly measure, evaluate and optimize all digital campaigns

**Core Skills & Experience:**
+ Proven Trade Marketing Experience: A marketer with a background in trade or brand marketing, ideally with a successful track record in the premium spirits with a strong on-trade background.
+ Channel Knowledge: You have experience in the international business environment, with direct knowledge of the unique dynamics of Airports and/or cruise lines
+ Commercial Acumen: You are fluent in using the full marketing mix to achieve brand and business objectives.
+ Agency Management: Demonstrated ability to manage outside agency partners to deliver exceptional work that meets brand standards and business goals.
+ Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the aptitude to quickly master industry tools like Paxsmart and IWSR.

+ Master of Project Management: You excel at managing a high volume of complex projects simultaneously, ensuring every milestone is met on time and on budget.
+ Cross-Functional Management: You have a history of successfully leading projects that require seamless collaboration across different functions and teams.
