Overview
The Customer Marketing team develops the channel strategy across the buyer’s journey to enable execution of campaigns against key objectives and business goals. Labcorp is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the Provider journey for Labcorp’s Oncology business.
This role serves as the audience and channel strategy expert, maximizing reach and engagement to achieve campaign goals. The successful candidate will orchestrate execution across channels, manage agency and vendor relationships, and ensure Sales teams are effectively enabled with the right tools and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design, execute, and optimize integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business and marketing objectivesOrchestrate campaign delivery across the customer journey, ensuring alignment with annual marketing plansLead tactic sequencing and prioritization, project managementApply journey-based marketing strategies to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right timeChannel & Content Leadership
Guide content strategy and messaging architecture across channels including digital, web, email, media, sales enablement, events, and webinarsEnsure consistent delivery of brand voice, experience, and visual identity across all touchpointsProvide channel optimization insights to maximize engagement and performancePerformance, Analytics & Optimization
Aggregate and analyze campaign performance data across channelsDefine, track, and report on KPIs and insights to drive continuous optimizationLeverage marketing automation and CRM data to improve lead nurturing and campaign effectivenessStakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Science, and OperationsLead recurring cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time and on-target executionManage agencies, vendors, and internal channel partners for asset development and campaign deliveryManage audience marketing budgets (media and agencies) aligned to leadership prioritiesSales Enablement
Ensure Sales teams are equipped with timely, relevant tools and assetsCollaborate cross-functionally to support field engagement and adoption of marketing programsRequirements
Experience & Education
8-10 years of marketing experience within the healthcare/pharma industry is desirable.A bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing and science is desiredExposure to or understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem is a strong plusMarketing Expertise
Proven success leading omni-channel marketing programs (digital, email, web, social, media, print, events, webinars)Deep expertise in channel strategy, campaign orchestration, and channel optimizationStrong understanding of customer journeys and audience segmentationKnowledge of account-based marketing (ABM)Digital & Technology Skills
Understanding of marketing automation tools, especially Eloqua/Marketo, and working knowledge of customer relationship manager (CRM) databases preferredStrong understanding of the digital marketing technology landscapeExposure to AI-enabled marketing platforms and best practices preferredCommunication & Execution
