Customer Marketing Manager
Job Description We’re looking for a dynamic and creative storyteller to join our client's team as a Customer Marketing Manager. This role is perfect for someone with an extroverted personality who thrives in front of people and in front & behind the camera. You’ll be the face and voice of our brand at client sites, trade shows, and conferences - capturing stories, amplifying our presence, and turning real customer success into compelling content. What You’ll Do: - Capture Stories On-Site: Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events to record video testimonials, customer stories, and event coverage. - Content Creation: Work closely with our design and motion graphics team to turn recordings into polished video and written case studies. - Social Media & Event Coverage: Document and share our presence at industry events through engaging social content (short-form video, photos, live coverage). - YouTube Content: Independently script, record, and publish YouTube video content to grow our brand’s channel and thought leadership presence. - Customer Marketing Programs: Build strong relationships with customers and transform their success into impactful marketing assets. What We’re Looking For: - Creative & Extroverted Personality: You enjoy being in the spotlight, interacting with people, and bringing out authentic stories. - Video Production Skills: Confident in recording, interviewing, and creating video content for social media platforms. - Content Storytelling: Strong writing skills to shape stories into compelling case studies, social posts, and marketing campaigns. - Hands-On & Collaborative: Comfortable owning projects end-to-end while working with designers and editors to polish deliverables. - Flexibility to Travel: Willing to attend trade shows, conferences, and client visits across the US (20- 30% travel) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 1 year of work experience in content creation for B2B companies - Experience in customer marketing, content creation, or social media. - Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and short-form video trends. - Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills. - A portfolio showcasing video, social, or written content - Flexibility to Travel: Willing to attend trade shows, conferences, and client visits across the US (20- 30% travel)
