Overview Primary objective is to design and drive the blueprint of growth - by Brands, Packs, Key Customers and Geographies by working closely with the cross functional teams – KAMs, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, GCC, Agencies leveraging global best practices and consumer insights Responsibilities Business/ Channel Development & Management Be the custodian of Vol, Value & Share (POS, Nielsen) for PEP Work closely with BU Sales, Marketing, Finance teams to develop annual plan for Brand, Pack, Geography , including planning & implementation of marketing initiatives Be the lead working closely with Digital Commerce Lead and KAMs to ensure delivery of monthly vol, val & share gain (POS, Nielsen) as per Pep AOP target Partner in planning & delivery of JBP (Joint Business plan) with customers & become their preferred partners in each category PI exist) Marketing Own the brand-pack portfolio strategy for the channel Own and lead the planning and execution of the new launch calendar (including the critical E-com first portfolio) cross functionally working closely with the KAMs, category, GCC, agencies; Own the E-Com first portfolio launch cross functionally – backend readiness(volumes, investments, supply chain, P&L, product listing details, content etc) Be the voice of the customers and represent the channel in critical monthly meetings – commercial council, stage gate etc Be the Channel custodian to link the on-app plans with the off-app plans every quarter working closely with KAM, GCC, Digital Marketing teams) Online Execution/ Content/ Merchandising Work Closely with the GCC teams to plan, track and monitor the online execution (Perfect Digital Store KPIs) – Availability, Share of Search, Content Onboard agencies along with GCC/KAMs to ensure best in class capabilities for the Digital Commerce channel Strengthen brand equity by working closely with the GCC Merchandising resource to develop agile content (PDP, PLPs, banners, videos, gifs) etc well in time for the activations (IPL, New Year, Holi, Diwali etc) to go live basis the calendar Revenue Growth Management Promotions Management & Effectiveness, pricing, & Key Customer marketing to achieve company’s sales & profit objectives Develop & Control the Monthly Trade Bulletin Brand/ Customer Mix Management to enhance profitability Qualifications Minimum 7-9 years’ experience needed in Sales & customer management in MT/Ecom (including ASM, GTM, BDM roles). MBA from Premier institute Added advantage of Experience with FMCG multi-national companies
