Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Analyze and align product quantities for the market by monitoring stock levels versus sales evolution, ensuring optimal stock coverage and material availability across markets.Lead and collaborate on projects with local and international markets related to Aveiro products and/or business unit initiatives, aiming to improve stock levels and product availability.Manage the end-to-end order process — from creation to final delivery at the client’s warehouse — ensuring accuracy and timely execution.Propose and evaluate production and invoicing quantities to ensure realistic and achievable planning.Support industrialization, ratio, and Time-to-Market (TTM) projects by providing accurate logistical insights.Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic plans.Act as a logistics liaison with customers to resolve issues and implement measures that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management, Logistics or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or planning is highly valued.

Know-how:

Solid understanding of inventory management, order handling processes, and KPI tracking.Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Languages:

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Working Style and Methods:

Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Personality:

Costumer oriented, open to continuous learning and international cooperation.
