Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders: sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partnersAchieve KPIs targets including customer service, invoice accuracy, Secondary CFR, SAMBC, etc. through effective implementation of processesManage Co-packing and drive productivity initiatives.Drive waste reduction in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Resolve operational challenges.Focus on initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value creation initiatives identified through customer collaborationDeliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customerParticipate in I2M projects driving CS&L tracksWhat you will bring

What you need to know about this position:
Lead the organization through customer supply chain efficiencies, reducing cost and improving service levels through customer collaboration and logistics strategies. Location will be either Egypt business office or Pakistan business office and relocation support not availableLead and support customer supply chain programs with Commercial Sales that deliver volume and accelerates top line growth & Act as the “voice of the customer” within Mondelēz Supply Chain Supply Network DesignDrive towards undisputed leadership in supply chain of best-in-class programs and processes that improve performance to customers. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on specific needs and potential future program development opportunitiesDevelop and maintain customer relationships to achieve executional excellence and to meet and exceed our customer’s KPI expectationsDevelop the capability of customer through increased understating of new programs, industry trends and strategic initiativesLead in bridging supply chain relationships between customers and other supply chain functions (Logistic Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Product Supply)Education / Certifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain ManagementExpertise is MS OfficeAPICS CSCP-CPIM certification is preferredSAP knowledgeTravel requirements:
