职位描述Responsible for order management process from order entry to delivery completion to achieve a speedy and efficient order flow.Work as independent contact window for key account customersCustomer requirements management for order to cash process.Interface to multi-internal cross functions to execute as Go-To-Market key contact window for customer service and customer satisfaction.Share recurring problems with the relevant internal partners in order to find solutions and improve service levelLead order to cash process optimizationOperational Excellence Central KPI managementComplete other tasks assigned by manager

职位要求Bachelor degree or above in logistic management, min 2 years working experience in relevant industries.Have the holistic supply chain viewStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysisFamiliar with SAP system and Excel/PPT/Power BI office softwareFluent in English (international environment)Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, self-motivated, results driven, willing to take additional responsibilities, ability to influence, able to work under pressure.
