This role manages the lifecycle of learning materials, supports content governance, and enhances global discoverability. Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** + Build, maintain, and evolve a centralized digital catalog of CF L&D training materials to ensure global accessibility and standardization + Tag, organize, and archive training content with consistent metadata for ease of search, navigation, and use + Partner with global and MCO CF L&D teams to upload new content, update existing materials, and retire outdated assets + Ensure lifecycle management of learning assets, including version control, relevancy checks, and usage tracking + Collaborate with digital platform owners (e.g., LMS, intranet) to optimize learner experience and content delivery + Monitor catalog usage and make recommendations for improvement in structure and discoverability _About you_ + **Experience** : Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development. + **Soft and technical skills** : Ability to manage large volumes of training content in a structured, searchable, and user-friendly format, attention to detail: strong organizational skills and precision in tagging, labelling, and version tracking of assets.
