Customer Experience Specialist
As a **Customer Experience Specialist** here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing contract support to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. You will report directly to the Business Support Leader and you’ll be based in Leicester office on a Hybrid work schedule. With a portfolio featuring software, hardware and services, Honeywell takes an outcome-focused approach to help building owners and operators improve safety and security, energy and operational efficiencies to create a better building experience. **_Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient._** **Key responsibilities:** + Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative operations for a key client, including PPM scheduling, job completion tracking, and accurate invoicing. + Subcontractor Management: Handle subcontractor engagements by sourcing quotes, scheduling, and raising purchase orders in line with SLAs. + Compliance and Documentation: Administer airport pass applications for engineering personnel and assist clients with onboarding, ensuring compliance and system setup. + Customer and Contract Management: Facilitate client interactions for securing purchase orders, support service contract renewals, and coordinate service bookings and amendments. + Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams for process efficiencies, respond to customer inquiries, and manage cross-functional alignment for support activities. **Key skills and qualifications** + Relevant experience in Business Administration + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively + Excellent communication and attention to detail skills + Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to propose process improvements + Highly organized and a self-motivator **Our offer** We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
