As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for customers navigating the loan process—from first call to final closing.
What You’ll Do:
Step into a engaging call center environment where your communication skills and attention to detail make all the difference. You’ll:
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts with empathy and professionalism
+ Guide customers through the loan origination process, answering questions and providing updates
+ Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, juggling multiple touchpoints with precision
+ Respond to emails, chats, and calls from customers, internal teams, and third parties
+ Conduct basic research to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed
+ Meet production and quality standards while following established policies
+ Collaborate across departments to expedite processing and resolve issues
+ Represent a culture of integrity, service, and excellence in every interaction
What You Bring:
+ At least 1 year of experience in financial services or mortgage preferred
+ Strong phone communication skills with a customer-first mindset
+ Excellent problem-solving, math, and critical thinking abilities
+ Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
+ Solid time management and multitasking skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mainstream applications
+ A score of 50+ on assessment tests (if applicable)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
