**Customer Experience Specialist** **Location:** Malvern, PA **Pay Rate:** $20/hour (Paid weekly) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM **Type:** Temporary (through end of year) **Employer:** Adecco **Position Overview:** Adecco is hiring Customer Experience Specialists for a well-established client in Malvern, PA. This position supports a loyalty rewards program and requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** + Handle 80–100 inbound calls and email inquiries daily from customers + Support customers with account setup, website navigation, and rewards program questions + Educate users on program benefits and provide follow-up information as needed + Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns + Use Salesforce to manage customer cases and maintain accurate documentation + Navigate the Five9 phone system to manage daily call volume + Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on processes + Maintain professionalism and compliance with all company standards **Qualifications:** + High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred + Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively + Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems + **Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required** + Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team setting **Pre-employment Requirements:** + Background check + Drug screen + Employment verification + Education verification **Why Work with Adecco:** + Weekly pay + Supportive work environment + Opportunity to gain experience with a recognizable program + Valuable training and growth potential **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
