Customer Experience Specialist
Description We are currently looking for a temporary Inbound Call Center Representative. Delivering outstanding customer service is a key responsibility in this role. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will support customers by responding to inquiries regarding products or services, processing sales orders, and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities: + Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to respond to customer requests about store information, pricing, product availability, billing inquiries, order processing, and shipping costs. + Address customer concerns through email, social media, and other digital communication channels involving store details, pricing, billing inquiries, and order fulfillment. + Facilitate and analyze customer concerns to ensure resolution is achieved promptly and accurately. + Maintain high levels of customer interaction while upholding excellent service standards. + Investigate and follow up on customer queries to provide reliable solutions. + Deliver recommendations, product information, and resolutions with positivity and empathy. + Collaborate with store teams as necessary to process e-commerce orders or resolve issues. Requirements Education and Experience: + Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, training, or similar roles. + Ability to work effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. + Skillful at engaging with customers and colleagues in a helpful and empathetic manner. + Commitment to following established processes and approaches consistently.
