Requirements • Experience in call center customer service with a focus on client success. • Proficiency working across multiple web browsers and handling email correspondence. • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with connectivity-related issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and reports. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
