Customer Experience Specialist
Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth travel and accommodation arrangements for flight crews and other personnel. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at providing outstanding service, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: • Coordinate hotel reservations for flight attendants, pilot crews, and other personnel, ensuring compliance with operational requirements. • Collaborate with Crew Tracking, Scheduling, and other internal teams to address logistical needs and resolve crew-related issues. • Communicate effectively with internal departments and management to troubleshoot problems and expedite solutions. • Monitor access to necessary tools, systems, and resources, reporting any technical issues to supervisors. • Utilize technology and tracking systems to accurately process and report reservation details for future reference. • Identify suitable and compliant hotels in non-contracted markets and secure client approval for non-compliant bookings. • Arrange payments to hotel and transportation vendors as per contractual terms and system settings. • Foster a meticulous and positive work environment, maintaining respectful communication and adherence to company policies. • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by management. • Ensure impeccable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to organizational guidelines and standards. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools. • Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Strong skills in handling travel arrangements, including hotel booking and reservations. • Ability to coordinate and maintain well-organized relationships with clients and vendors. • Competency in Microsoft Outlook and Word. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. • Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing travel logistics.
