Customer Experience Specialist
Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This contract position requires a reliable individual who excels in managing travel arrangements, customer service, and hotel booking processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: • Arrange hotel accommodations for flight crews, including pilots, flight attendants, check airmen, and other personnel as required. • Collaborate closely with crew scheduling and tracking teams to address operational needs and resolve crew-related issues. • Communicate with internal departments and management to troubleshoot problems and expedite solutions. • Monitor access to tools, systems, and resources necessary for job performance, reporting any issues to supervisors. • Utilize technology and software platforms to process and track reservations, as well as generate reports. • Record detailed reservation information, agreements, and approvals in systems to ensure accuracy and facilitate future reference. • Identify suitable hotel options in non-contracted markets or when contracted hotels are unavailable, ensuring compliance and documenting approvals. • Process payments to hotel and transportation vendors in accordance with established terms and system settings. • Maintain a positive work environment, adhering to company policies and reporting incidents appropriately. • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or travel arrangements. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Word. • Strong skills in booking and coordinating hotel and travel accommodations. • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships and resolve customer inquiries. • Familiarity with tracking and reporting transactions using technology tools. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
