**Customer Experience (CX) Specialist** **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Customer Experience (CX) Specialist** to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. This role will focus on customer service operations, claims handling, feedback analysis, and experience optimization across various retail channels.
