What You will Be Doing

Responsible for supporting strategic customer accounts by managing program operations across global regions. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent communication, performance tracking, and successful delivery of program goals. The position plays a vital role in aligning customer expectations with internal operations, driving efficiency, and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for strategic customer accounts across global regions.Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables.Track, monitor, and analyse program metrics and performance indicators; ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.Support issue resolution and escalate risks or customer concerns appropriately.Participate in customer review meetings, internal status updates, and global operations calls.Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, SLAs, and internal policies.
Hands-on experience in schedule planning (MPR) and coordination to ensure timely execution of operational activities.Proficient in order lifecycle management, including order creation, modifications, and handling of RMA/RTV.Experience in inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and supporting timely replenishment to maintain inventory accuracy. Skilled in tracking and managing inventory movements, such as receipts, transfers, issues, discrepancies, and returns, ensuring precise documentation and system updates in compliance with operational standards.

What We Are Looking For

Educational Criteria:

 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electronic Component Industry. Proficient in English (written and spoken).Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing set-up for Order Management / Reports.Proficient in MS Excel / Access and able to work with large sets of metrics data.
Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation.Exposure to Inventory planning, procurement and related reporting activities.
