Customer Experience Specialist
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers while utilizing various tools and systems to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. This is a short-term opportunity lasting three weeks, ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and technical proficiency. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. • Utilize CRM and other software tools to manage customer interactions efficiently. • Assist customers with billing and benefit-related functions, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. • Use Avaya CMS to monitor call metrics and maintain service standards. • Leverage Epic Software to manage and document customer data accurately. • Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding their financial services needs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions. • Offer solutions and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction. Requirements • Experience with ADP or similar financial services tools. • Proficiency in CRM systems and other computer programs. • Familiarity with Avaya CMS and Epic Software. • Strong ability to handle inbound calls and assist customers effectively. • Knowledge of billing and benefit functions. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
