Customer Experience Specialist
Description 100% in office and onsite, day hours. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Tennessee. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, whether addressing their repair needs or providing timely solutions. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries regarding service, maintenance, and repair requests. • Coordinate and schedule service appointments while ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently. • Provide detail-oriented and reassuring communication to resolve customer concerns and maintain satisfaction. • Accurately create and update customer accounts within the company's CRM system. • Organize and track service-related information using spreadsheets and other administrative tools. • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer issues are resolved comprehensively. • Assist with general office tasks, including documentation and reporting, to support team organization. • Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing urgent customer needs while maintaining workflow. • Serve as a brand ambassador, reinforcing customer loyalty and trust through every interaction. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software, including Microsoft Excel. • Strong ability to handle inbound calls and assist customers professionally. • Demonstrated skill in scheduling appointments and coordinating services. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving. • Capability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with billing functions and general administrative processes.
